A super healthy breakfast or snack that is quick and simple to make

All the measures are approximate, don't bother about being exact...

Put about a small cup of oats into a bowl. Add about 1/3rd teaspoon of turmeric, about a teaspoon of ground ginger, about a table spoon of olive oil and about 1/2 teaspoon of raw sugar (any brand is OK).

Add some hot water, this snack does not require cooking, and mix.

Add fruit such as raisins, blueberries, blackberries, sliced banana - almost anything - and as much or as little as you like.

Add some yoghurt or a yoghurt drink, mix it all together and enjoy.
