Miso and blood pressure

I bought a home BP device. It enables me to check the effect of foods and exercise on my BP.

There three definates that lower blood pressure.

Exercise, magnesium and miso. Of these three, miso has the most effect and it acts very quickly.

Of course this observation is just anecdotal. One time miso took my BP from 138 to 123 within 15 minutes of a meal.
