how much should you boil water to make tea

I read somewhere that green tea is full of anti-oxidants and that it should be steeped for a few minutes in water at about 80 degrees. In addition to a lower temperature as much oxygen should be removed from the water as possible because the more oxygen there is in the water the more anti-oxidants will be used up.

This idea makes sense to me but what about black tea?
